We have developed a specialist niche in the production of business marketing videos. These take many forms.

Marketing videos for public use

These are obviously the most common types of videos that we produce. These can take many forms. Here is one we have just delivered for Deep Digital Cornwall, showcasing their aerial surveys for minerals. Check the full video on their home page here.

Case study videos

One very effective way of marketing your product or business is by using case studies. Filming testimonials from satisfied clients is one of the most persuasive styles of marketing video. Here is a film we have delivered to a client with a high end dental practice. Although Cornwall based, his patients travel from throughout the UK and Europe for his skills.

Product advertising videos

Perhaps the most common type of marketing video is one that advertises specific products. We have produced every type, from online to national TV adverts.

Business to business films

Sometimes clients want films produced not for public consumption but for B2B purposes. Because these videos are targeted at other businesses in the supply chain that our clients want to impress. Here’s one we produced recently for Falmouth University advertising their short courses to businesses in the region.

Five tips for successful videos

Here are some lessons that we have learnt over the years that we are happy to share with clients.

Firstly: Keep your videos under 30 seconds for brand awareness and brand consideration goals. Most successful videos are as short as 15 seconds

Secondly: Show what you want your audience to see in the first ten seconds of the video. Astonishingly viewers attention drops off after this point.

Thirdly: Deliver your message with graphics, people, and text. Because a combination of these will increase your viewers’ attention span.

Fourthly: Add video subtitles. A large proportion of people watch with the sound off. I know that I prefer to…

And fifthly: Feature a clear Call To Action (CTA). So your audience known how to act on their interest.
