From time to time we get asked to carry out property filming in Cornwall by drone. Here’s a sample that we did for our good friend Simon Green of Design79
Drone filming has added a whole new dimension to property marketing. In just one well shot video clip a potential buyer can see the location and the property layout.
We’ve talked about drone filming in Cornwall in our previous blog last year.
We produced this to help market an exclusive luxury development of four houses close to Newquay’s scenic Gannel Estuary. Our brief was to capture drone footage showing the special location of the properties.
Holiday cottage filming in Cornwall
Sea Meads is a delightful small private estate of holiday homes at the southern end of Praa Sands beach in West Cornwall. Once again the brief was very specific – to highlight the location of the estate alongside the stunning Hendra end of Praa Sands beach. While the western end of the beach – in front of the ever popular Sand Bar pub – is always busy on sunny days, the Hendra end of the beach is usually deserted – the ideal location to get away from the crowds.
Feedback from the owners has been very positive – they use the video at the top of their home page. Some guests say that it was the video that sold them on booking a stay there.
Holiday Caravan
And at the simplest end of the scale, our friend Sally Dawson of Methleigh farm, Porthleven, wanted to again highlight the location of the caravan on their farm that they summer let.
Take a look – if this wouldn’t want you to book a stay there then nothing would!
